So, I have spent the past 4 ish weeks training pretty hard and trying to better my body, soul, and life through better choices (and a pretty rigorous routine).

I'm not going to sit here and tell you the schedule, my prep, that you need to get into a fitness and health routine, why this means so (freaking) much to me, or any of that.

In fact, I'm not going to tell you anything relating directly to what goal I'm working toward at the moment.

But I am going to sit here and tell you to deal with, head on, whatever it is in your life that is holding you back.

Whatever it is that you have always wanted.

Whatever it is that you have beaten yourself up over - over, and over, and over again.

Because life is too short.

Life is too short to say tomorrow. Life is too short to not be your best self every day.

Life is too short to not see what you're capable of.

Life is just too short.

So face it.

Admit it, and then face it.

Maybe it's a career path, maybe you need to finally tell someone how you feel, maybe you need to mend a relationship, or face your fear of going back to school.

I don't know what it is, at this moment, for you.

And maybe, you don't need to do anything.

But if there IS something holding you back, something you yearn for yet never act on - start today.

Make a choice today.

Follow through today.

Life is too short.

Because, when your friend starts tearing up because they can see the change, not with your appearance, your accomplishments, or anything else - but because they can see the change within your heart and your soul, that is when you know it is worth it.

That is when you know that you are worth it.
