Sometimes, when setting goals, I think we need to go back.
Often when setting goals for myself, I look at the ones I've recently set, and potentially not met. I look at my Instagram feed or to what others are doing.
I look at what I have spent my whole life thinking I "should" do.
What if we changed the script?
What if we looked at when we were actually, truly happy?
What were those moments? Were we happy with our bodies? Our company? Our location?
