Strategy

I don't think it's a secret that we all get a little lost in our paths sometimes.

How do we move forward? What's the next step?

What do we do now?

This process and mindset is exhausting, and it is totally normal.

It is good to explore your options, think about moving forward, and take on new challenges.

As you think about what you want, as you realize you might be a little confused, lost, or, at it's worst, indifferent about your next move - I encourage you to be strategic

What the hell do I mean?

Well, I encourage you to strategize.

Just kidding, let's go more in depth.

My proposition/helpful hint is this: look forward, and reason backward.

What's your end-game? Do you want to own your own business? Work for a Fortune 500 company? End up in a certain place?

Now, you might not know this yet (which is totally OK), and I encourage you to soul search and picture your future to get at least a bit of a direction.

Because once you know this, or at least the idea of it, you can use that information to look at  your next step.

Look forward, reason backward.

What do you need to do in order to win your end-game?

What do you need to do prior to attaining it, what do you need to do in five years, and what do you need to do today, tomorrow, and the next?

What is the most important thing for you to focus on for the next few years, and why is that going to help you move in the direction of your end-game?

I am all about taking chances and living your passions.

And I think when done strategically, with a lot of patience and hard work, you will see that your dreams, chances, and passions are not going to be that far away.
